Both BOYS and GIRLS are encouraged to participate.
The Midget season has finished an exciting season and their season wrap-up banquet will be held on Sunday, June 6th.
The Atoms, PeeWee and Bantam level season is underway, as their practices have begun.
We are still taking registrations for the 2010 Football Season for the Atom and PeeWee levels.
Please bring a copy of the Alberta Health Card Card and Copy of Birth Certificate. For Bantams, please bring a copy of the report card showing what grade they are in.

Practices for the month of May are on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, except on holidays.

You will need the following items, to register:
- Download the Registration Forms by selecting the link above. Fill them out as completely as possible.
- Copy of your child’s Alberta Health Care card and their Birth Certificate.
- For Bantams, copy of report card that shows that the player will NOT be attending High School in that calendar year.
- For Midgets, copy of report card that shows the Grade that the player is in.
- Players must be available to be weighed and measured, and to sign the CDMFA registration form.
REGISTRATION DETAILS…
Fees for registration covers all equipment needed to play, including mouth guards. You are free to buy better mouth guards, if you wish. Otherwise, you are only responsible for your cleats.
LEVELS & FEES…
Levels
- Atom (2 teams: Atom Grizzlies / Atom Maulers)
QUALIFICATIONS: up to 10 years old. You cannot turn 11 at any time during the calendar year.
We also accept children who will turn 7 at anytime during the calendar year. - Peewee (2 teams: Peewee Grizzlies / Peewee Maulers)
QUALIFICATIONS: ages 11-12. You cannot turn 13 at any time during the calendar year. - Bantam (1 team: Bantam Grizzlies)
QUALIFICATIONS: ages 13-15. You cannot turn 16 or be entering grade 10 in September of the current year; you cannot play minor football and high school ball in the same season. - Midget (1 team: Midget Grizzlies)
QUALIFICATIONS: grades 9 – 11. You cannot be turning 19 at any time during this calendar year
Fees:
- Spring Camp: $40 for all ages. Will be held in May, 2010. Includes the following:
- 1 Water Bottle / 1 T-Shirt / 2 evenings and 1 Saturday for the Spring Camp
- on Saturday: 1 Hot Dog / 1 bag of Chips / 1 Can of Pop
- If your child is attending Spring Camp, the fee can be paid separately or included with the registration payment.
- Registration: $275 – Includes the following:
- Registration for all levels: $275 (Atoms / Peewees / Bantams / Midgets)
- Spirit Pack: 1 pair of Game Socks / 1 Mouth Guard / Girdle / Practice Jersey
- Swim Night Tickets: $80 for ten tickets, which is refunded with the sale of the Swim Tickets. (Swim Tickets will be handed out at time of registration.) — West Edmonton Mall Swim Night is Friday, September 17th, 2010 from 7:30 to 10:30 PM
- Equipment Deposit: $300 post-dated for Nov 1st of current year-to be submitted at registration. The cheque will be cashed if equipment is not returned within one week of the season ending.
- Equipment Deposit cheque will be returned if all equipment is returned by the season deadline. (Team Managers will notify you of that date and it will also be posted on the web.)
- Volunteer Deposit: $200 post-dated for Sept 15th of the current year: to be submitted at registration. Each family is required to complete 20 volunteer hours (10 hours for Midget level).
- Volunteer Deposit cheque will be returned if you put in the required number of hours.
