Midget season begins indoor practices with the “super weekend” on February 19, 2010. The Midget level is for boys and girls in grades 9 – 11, that are not turning 19 this calendar year. Bantam players (ages 13 and 14 this calendar year) who register will be able to practice with the Midget Team.

Registration for the Atom and PeeWee levels will take place at the Millwoods Town Centre from 6:30 to 8:30 PM (near The Shoe Warehouse & The Food Court) on the following dates:

Spring Camp will be held sometime in May/June 2010. Cost is $40.

REGISTRATION DETAILS…
Fees for registration covers all equipment needed to play, including mouth guards. You are free to buy better mouth guards, if you wish. Otherwise, you are only responsible for your cleats.

You will need the following items, to register:
- Download the Registration Forms by selecting the link above. Fill them out as completely as possible.
- Have your child’s Alberta Health Care Number and their Birth Certificate with you when registering.
- NOTE: Midget’s will also need to show a current report card.
- Players must be available to be weighed and measured, and to sign the CDMFA registration form.
LEVELS & FEES…
Levels
- Atom (2 teams: Atom Grizzlies / Atom Maulers)
QUALIFICATIONS: up to 10. You cannot turn 11 at any time during the calendar year.
We also accept children who will turn 7 at anytime during the calendar year. - Peewee (2 teams: Peewee Grizzlies / Peewee Maulers)
QUALIFICATIONS: 11-12. You cannot turn 13 at any time during the calendar year. - Bantam (1 team: Bantam Grizzlies)
QUALIFICATIONS: 13-15. You cannot turn 16 or be entering grade 10 at any time during the calendar year; you cannot play minor football and high school ball in the same season. - Midget (1 team: Midget Grizzlies)
QUALIFICATIONS: You cannot be entering grade 12 or turning 19 at any time during the calendar year.
Fees:
- Spring Camp: $40 for all ages. Includes the following:
- 1 Water Bottle / 1 T-Shirt / 2 Days of Spring Camp
- per day: 1 Hot Dog / 1 bag of Chips / 1 Can of Pop
- If your child is attending Spring Camp, the fee can be paid separately or included with the registration payment.
- Total Fees: $345 – Includes the following:
- Registration for all levels: $275 (Atoms / Peewees / Bantams / Midgets)
- Swim Night Tickets: $70 is refunded with the sale of the Swim Tickets. (Swim Tickets will be handed out at time of registration.)
- Spirit Pack: 1 pair of Game Socks / 2 Mouth Guards / Girdle / Practice Jersey / (Plus a Water Bottle if you didn’t get one at Spring Camp)
- Equipment Deposit of $300 dated for Nov 1st of current year: The cheque will be cashed if equipment is not returned within one week of the season ending.
- Equipment Deposit cheque will be returned if all equipment is returned by the season deadline. (Team Managers will notify you of that date and it will also be posted on the web.)
- Volunteer Deposit Cheque of $150 or 2 Cheques totaling $150: Post-dated for Sept 15th of the current year: to be submitted along with your payment for registration. If paying with cash please have the exact amount, as we will not have change. Each family is required to complete 20 volunteer hours.
- NOTE: Volunteer cheques will be returned if you put in the required number of hours.
